let's impeach the personal number

The die has been cast by A, who, during the weekend, experienced an accident and was in need to be given emergency medical care. After an ambulance ride to the hospital, his doctor asked him for his personal number. A refused to give it away and was thus denied medcial attention. After A feel unconcious the doctor did search his wallet for his driver's license. He eventually gained knowledge of his personal number and could then proceed with the surgery.
Way to go A! After the incident A has named himself the "spokesman of the non-personal-number-generation". As a Master of Political Science i think A is very suitable for the role.
